In 2007 and 2008 I got the opportunity to spend some time in Barcelona, Spain. In 2007 I studied Art and Spanish. I was really inspired by the graffiti and the magnificent doors. The graffiti in Europe was different than in the states. Here is seems like most graffiti is gang related or just simple vandalism. In Barcelona, it was art. They would literally mark off streets in order for someone to create a piece of graffiti. I would love to learn how to make graffiti! So, here are some pieces that I created from my time in Barcelona.
